- What is Santoku knife? - 

A Japanese Santoku knife for home kitchens enabling people to cut meat, fish and vegetables with one knife. The size is around 16cm and it's really useful for general purpose. A Santoku knife, with its manageable size and adaptable shape, is highly recommended for everyone, from beginner cooks to professional Chefs.

We have more Santoku by Kaz's original brand "Zan shin(残心)". "Zan shin" is an original brand created by Kazuki Hanzawa, the owner of Kaz's knife and kitchenware. It has been developed through close collaboration with a workshop in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, known for its knife-making.  

 ・残心 Zan Shin SORA (from Seki) - VG10 Santoku Hammered Finish with Walnut Handle 16.5cm $215

You can see the beautiful sky pattern on the blade. The handle features a gentle color scheme. Made of walnut, it is lightweight and easy to handle.
