Please note: This class teaches how to sharpen Japanese kitchen knives with whetstones, not any other type of sharpening techniques. We advise you bring your own knives and whetstones, but we also have whetstones available for you to use.
Our professional sharpener will show you essential skills to maintain your knives with whetstones.
Each session is around 60 minutes long and is limited to a small group of up to 4 participants, so you can focus and learn at your own pace.
Pricing: $100 for 1 person
Days & Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 4:00PM-6:00PM (60 minutes long, by appointment only)
According to your needs and current skills, We will organise a class for different types of sharpening techniques. One session covers one area of sharpening skills.

- Fixing chips with rough whetstones
- Thinning or restoring to its original shape
- How to use natural whetstones
